First Baptist Church Poinciana

First Baptist Poinciana is a multi-cultural, multi-racial, and multi-generational church with an attendance between 500-600 on Sunday mornings. A visitor once described our church as a snapshot of heaven because of our diversity.

We have a strong blended style of worship featuring the latest in contemporary praise and worship, as well as traditional hymns. Our praise band, praise team, choir, and Worship Leader take us into the presence of God where people are encouraged to worship freely as the Holy Spirit leads them. Our Pastor strives to teach and preach the Word of God in such a way as to make disciples of Jesus Christ and help people live victoriously in a fallen world.

God has given us a burden for our community and the world. We strive to live up to our motto, “Loving People As Jesus Loves Us,” through an array of ministries to children, teens, families, senior citizens, the poor, and hungry.
